A simple decision wheel.

Features:

Each item on the wheel can have a different size

The wheel can be configured to only be allowed to be spun on certain intervals (ex. once per day)

Certain results can modify the spin interval restriction (ex. spin again)

Create multiple wheels and switch between them as needed
