Virtual Landlord App for Android

Virtual Landlord App allows you to keep everything about your rental properties, tenants, rental transactions (income and expenses) all in one place and it's absolutely free.

Virtual Landlord Software features:

Properties: Store property name, address, save property as single unit multi unit, upload Property picture, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, purchase price, down payment, room sizes.

Tenants: Tenant name, phone numbers, email, occupant details, rent amount, rent due date, rent frequency, security deposit amount, rent deposit. Call, or email your tenants directly from the app.

Documents: Store screenshots of rental agreements, notices, application forms, bills and etc.

Transactions: Enter all types of transactions(Income and expenses).

Reports: Calculate detailed reports for the rental property income, expense, and profit and loss for each of your rental units or all of them at once over a time span that you define. With the Pro version(detailed below), you also have the option to export .xls of these reports which can be accessed with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. .xls will contain a year Summary Page and a Monthly Detail Page for every month in a year.

Database: Backup, restore, or delete your rental property data anytime that you want.

Alerts: Don't feel like remembering dates, then let the Virtual Landord remind you. Notification alerts will be sent when a Tenants rent is due, or when a lease is expiring; Alert information will also be view-able from the dashboard.
