1300 years ago, a government office called Dazaifu was placed in Kyushu, west of Japan, and a city was also built there in line with the standard for capitals. Dazaifu played an important role in Japanese history. The story about its history and cultural assets titled The Western Capital of Ancient Japan Exchange Hub with East Asia designated as a Japan Heritage site in April 2015.
