Unofficial vMix Tally Light for Android

Many people were reporting crashes with the app, so I've rebuilt it and I'm not experiencing any crashes myself. If you experience crashes, please let me know.

Nothing fancy here... we are just using old mobile phones as tally lights for vMix.
