Ultimate Pull-Ups is an application created for training pull-ups from a beginner level to the level of advanced athletes capable of pulling up 50 or more times.
There is a theoretical part in the application where technics, anatomy and physiology of pull-ups are worked up. Factors that limit the results in pull-ups are also viewed. Practical recommendations are given on how to pull up properly, how to prepare the crossbar, how to breathe, to hold onto the bar, what intervals of rest to use between the sets and trainings.
The application contains several training programs aimed at developing strength and stamina. From the simplest, designed for people who do not know how to pull up, to the advanced ones which will help you come close to the limit of your physiological capabilities. In addition to pull-ups, there are trainings to increase the strength and stamina of flexor muscles of the fingers.
In the Ultimate Pull-Ups application, depending on the level of your training, we will set specific goals and move further in a physiologically reasonable way.
