Individuals who have any information that will assist investigators are encouraged to call Crime Stoppers at 416-222-8477 (TIPS) or toll free at 1-800-222-TIPS or to submit their tips via this mobile app in either plain text format or video/picture format. Crime Stoppers takes information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Tips and Calls from all sources including this mobile app are never recorded and Crime Stoppers does not utilize call display, thus guaranteeing that your identity remains anonymous. Your location whereabouts will be submitted but that is only utilized to help with the facilitation of the Tip you are providing. People providing information will be given a secret code for each tip submitted. If your tip leads to an arrest, you may earn a cash reward of up to $2,000, which can be claimed with your code number. Rewards administered will always be in cash format. It is important to contact Toronto Crime Stoppers regularly to learn of the status of your Tip. You will not be required to identify yourself. You will be asked to disclose your TIP Password number (which is automatically generated once you submit a tip on the mobile app). You will never be asked to testify in court. This reward program and any rewards provided is solely administered by Toronto Crime Stoppers. Apple Inc. will not be responsible for providing rewards or the administration of any rewards.
