The Runner's Log is a simple, motivating running log. It provides a quick overview of your running and provides feedback on your training. Highlights of The Runner's Log include multiple runs per day, up to five weeks at a glance of your runs, training schedules, and shoe-usage tracking. The window uses a calendar method to allow you to see your runs--up to five weeks at a glance - enabling you to see overall patterns in your training and help prevent overtraining and injuries. Version 1.20 fixed multiple-day run bugs. Version 1.40 includes HTML reporting functions and milestones.
