TekTape is an audio recorder and call detail records (CDR) generator runs under Windows (Vista, Windows 7/8/10, 2008-2019 Server). Visit https://www.kaplansoft.com/TekTape/ regularly for updates.
Major features; Simple, easy to use interface. Real time monitoring of SIP calls. Recording of audio streams of SIP calls. Recorded calls are saved in 16 bits, 8 Khz mono wave files. CDR generation for monitored calls. TekTape also creates CDR for failed calls. Real time listening of audio for a selected SIP call.
TLS decoding with SRTP decryption for SIP calls. TekTape can record audio conversations, with supported codecs, between Lync endpoint if Lync server certificate with its private key is installed on to TekTape installed system. Multi-site recording support.

What's new in version 2.4.3
- Command line utility Mover.exe is added to distribution. This utility allows you move old records older than a specified date to a new disk location. Please see TekTape manual for usage details.
- Date format option for directories created daily for audio recording files
- Delete after transfer option in settings enables you to keep or delete audio files after transferring to the master unit
- Remote files recorded in individual sub folders in daily created audio recording directories
- MS SQL database support
- You can assign administrative privileges to ordinary users in Active Directory environments. You can create following user groups in Active Directory for this purpose.
