What's new in version 1.9.1
* Ability to opt into notifications. Configure in the settings by clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner of the home screen, then select Notifications. A notification will be sent to the device the user registered when a recipient has watched more than the percentage specified in settings.
* Ability to customize the name that displays for a campaign landing page when the recipient views it. If empty the registered account name is shown.
