By default CPU usage is displayed in Systray icon via Taskman. Click on the systray icon to maximize it (always on the top). You can monitor CPU Usage when you are doing overclocking or testing new hardware and resource-heavy software. This is more useful for developers to monitor the load on CPU when they execute their scripts.
