T38 Fax Modem emulator for use with windows 7/8/8.1 and Server 2008/2012/R2 systems from the t38modem project, a complete version that runs as 64bit service and a full configuration program. You only need a SIP/VOIP account on a service provider and without any hardware you can send and receive fax on your voip number You install this program and then configure your Microsoft Fax with the installed modem and begin to send/receive FAX from your VOIP number.
