A doughnut or donut dish is a type of fried dough confectionery or cooking donut restaurant. The sweet doughnut is popular due to icing in many countries and prepared in various glaze forms as a sweet snack. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl.
Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture alternately with the milk.
Stir together until a soft dough forms.
Add the spices and mix well.
Chill the dough for 2 hours.
Remove the chilled dough from the refrigerator.
Lightly dust the pastry cloth and rolling pin stocking.
Roll the dough out about 1/3 to 1/2-inch thick.
Cut out doughnuts using a doughnut cutter.
Fry doughnuts in hot oil, between 370 to 380 F (188 to 193 C).
Place fried doughnuts on white paper towels to drain.
Roll in sugar or cinnamon sugar while warm.
