Support Portal Magento Extension for Webware

Support Portal Magento Extension creates an advance forum to build a knowledge based page where users can post questions and answer to the question posted by other users. The main landing page consists of the short content and different categories for questions and answer. Below the category a list of most recent questions is displayed. Both users and store admin can answer the questions by using a short form. To ask a question user does not have to fill a long form instead smart form is given for quick posting.
