Fading light and sound will lull you to sleep
Over a period of 30 minutes the sun will turn into a dark moon and the display will get darker. You will hear a night owl from time to time which will decrease in volume. Focusing on the light and the monotone sound will clear your mind from worries and thoughts. The fade out behaviour will create a hypnosis kind of effect that will slows down your heart rate, body temperature, brain waves and muscle activities. This will get you to the deep sleep phase faster and more relaxed.
Sleep Timer: A set timer of 30 minutes will turn off light and sound.
