You set when it should start counting and you can log whatever distance or time scale you would like (upto 7 logs). You can even set one log and keep the step count going, then set another and so on (just like a trip meter).We let you decide how long you want each log to run for - rather than force you into a strict regime day by day - we would just prefer to gently nudge you in the direction of trying to do more steps and allow you to record those steps in your own timeframe at your own pace.Your iPhone is, after all the perfect step counter.
