Welcome to St. Laurence Catholic School in Sugar Land, Texas. SLCS was founded as a parish school in 1992 and has grown to become one of the largest PreK-8th grade schools in the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. Religion is embedded throughout the curriculum with a focus on the basic principles of the Catholic faith. Our students are taught to be moral Christians and to serve others by focusing on strong character and spiritual development. They are encouraged to be lifelong learners in a challenging academic atmosphere that places emphasis on problem-solving and analytical skills, which are essential to creating future leaders.
