Share expenses from trips, parties, events and more in a simple and fair way. Submit participants and expenses and PartyCalc will send out an email with instruction on whom to pay, including a well-presented overview over all transactions.
For simple use:
-Give the event a name.
-Include the participants; submit manually, import from the contact list or import earlier participants (ShortList)
-Add the expenses.
-Add the transactions.
-Generate the mail and send it.
How to use:
Click on a settlement name to open it.
In the transaction list, click on a name to contract the list of expenses
In the transaction list, long click on a name to contract all the expenses
In the transaction list, click on a transaction to change the values
In the participant list, click on a participant to edit the name, slide left to delete the participant
In the expenses list, click on a expense to edit the name, slide left to delete the expense
