Moved the map title text from the toolbar to a map overlay. This is to accommodate the smaller screen size in the iPhone 4S, 5 and 5S when viewing maps with long titles.Fixed an issue that showed duplicate maps for some users after signing in.Removed the ghost pin on the map for some users.
