  I tried the trial version and seemed to work fine. I bought the full version and it worked 6 or 7 times. now all it does is convert to 100% and when the remaining time counts down to 1 second it freezes and I'm left with a file that doesn't work. their idea of tech support on their site is a faq that just explains system requirements. my 30 bucks would of been used better if I just through it in the street.
