Editors' Review

This application magnifies any part of your screen, though its limited features are by no means groundbreaking.

SoftCollection Magnifier opens in your system tray for easy access. Its lens-like interface can zoom in or out easily via the mouse's scroll button. Right-clicking the lens provides a menu with additional options to let the program remain on top, hide, or to automatically bounce around on your screen. The magnifier works well, though its tiny view lens can't be resized and had to be refreshed whenever we opened a new window. You can enlarge anything on your screen up to 10 times, but zooming in at the highest level only makes things appear blurry.

The 14-day trial period is good for basic magnification of minuscule areas, but most users will require a more robust application.
