Here at Allen Carrs Easyway we have been running the "Be Smoke Free in 4 Days" program as a global online event once or twice a year and the feedback has been so overwhelming that, by popular demand, we're now delighted to launch the program as an app for the first time.The core program is presented in 4 parts by Robin Hayley, Chairman of Allen Carrs Easyway and one of the most experienced Allen Carr's Easyway therapists in the world.Alongside the core presentation please also take a look at the daily Q&A videos that John Dicey, CEO of Allen Carrs Easyway, has recorded for you, addressing common questions and concerns raised by smokers in exactly your position.
Take advantage of the additional coaching videos presented by senior Allen Carrs Easyway therapist Colleen Dwyer. Colleen further examines some of the key concepts and principles that you will encounter in the main videos.We recommend that you take 4 consecutive days to complete the program. For example, it might be nice to start on a Tuesday and finish on a Friday. However, this is not a rigid timetable and you can follow any timeframe that suits you!Do make sure that you watch the main videos in order and finish each one before moving on to the coaching and Q&A videos for a that day.Most importantly, keep smoking as normal as you progress through the programme, relax and enjoy the process of becoming a happy non-smoker!
