The mobile platform will provide the same features as the Smart Portal. This mobile application is a handy application for consumers where they can monitor their consumption details anytime. The application is built to run on consumer mobile devices supported by Android 4.4 and up. Consumers will have access to their connection and meter details along with consumption patterns through the application. The consumer will also be able to receive notifications from the utility like outage intimation, event, billing, due date, other info etc.
The user can sign up using their Account id/customer id/IVRS number/Service number followed by a secure password.
Once signed up, they'll be using the same account id as their username and login through their password to access their account details in the app.
After logging in, the user will have access to various features which will help them understand their consumption pattern, saving tips, notifications etc.
The user can view their consumption pattern on a daily, monthly and yearly basis from the Consumption tab.
