What's in SCR3?
Allow users to rename multiple files with consecutive numbers leading zero in a proper manner. Allow users to add a file extension.
Allow users to change the order of the files before rename.
Allow users to set the first number starting from. (Based on the number, it goes consecutively).
Allow users to exclude specific files from being renamed.
Have a user-friendly interface.
Development Environment.
Written in Python--GUI toolkit: wxPython.
Operating System: Windows, Linux.
