Each field is customizable, if you want to store an ID number, simply update the name of the appropriate field in the configuration screen. Abandon forms auto-submit after 10 seconds.
To get to the configuration, simply select the white circle icon on the bottom right of the screen. You can protect the configuration screen by configuring a passcode, available in the details view of the app.
