Consumer Mobile App has been Design & Developed by Shyam Steel Industries Limited to engage, motivate disseminate knowledge among consumers.

Among the various functionalities from which the major feature will be used by Consumers as:

The consumers will be able to add Projects or refer Site, this enables the users to add crucial data pertaining to location, steel required, etc.

The consumers would be able to locate Shyam Steel Dealers from the users specific geo-location to a radius of 100 km. This would help them collate information about the Dealers's Address, contact number area, etc.

A User can provide feedback on the operation and technical front to the Support Team directly through an inbuilt support module, and follow up multiple issues at any given point of time.

Users can also utilize the inbuilt FAQ module to help guide through the app.

With the introduction of this App, Shyam Steel pursues to strengthen the relationship with the consumers to a greater extent
