Shade Meter for Android

The Shade Meter app is able to connect automatically to any Shade UV sensor via Bluetooth Low Energy. The Shade Meter app displays in real-time the data measured by the Shade UV sensor. It includes UVI, UVB, UVA, several channels in the visible light spectrum, and infrared. The Shade Meter app does not save the data recorded by the Shade UV sensor locally on the Android phone or on the Shade servers.

Instructions:

1. When the Shade Meter app is first installed, ensure Bluetooth on the phone is

"on" (otherwise the Pair Sensor button will be grayed out and inactive)

2. Please ensure the Shade UV sensor is ONLY paired via the app (not via

Android's own scanning & pairing).
