"Sequencing Tasks: Life Skills - Bundle #3" focuses on the cognitive skill of arranging photos of a task in chronological sequence. The app starts off with a video demonstrating a life skills task such as "Putting on sneakers". After the video is shown, a review of the task is provided using 3 still photos taken from the video depicting each step in the task. For example in the task of "Putting on sneakers", the 3 steps would be "Put on you socks", "Put on your sneakers", and "Tie the laces". After the review, the student is presented with the task of arranging the photos in chronological order by dragging and dropping them into a sequence. Statistics are gathered and saved for each session. The app is composed of 7 tasks with each task having 3 steps. The tasks included in this app are:1) Putting on sneakers2) Eating a hamburger3) Throwing out the garbage4) Buying candy5) Making scrambled eggs6) Talking on the phone7) Eating potato chipsThe tasks bundled in the other apps in the series are: - Washing your hands - Eating cereal - Putting on a bandaid - Eating cake - Laundry - Making a cheese sandwich - Painting a picture - Brushing your teeth - Scooping ice cream - Sweeping the floor - Eating a banana - Buying soda from the vending machine - Riding in a car - Stapling papers The app is modeled after our very popular Windows special needs program called "In Sequence - Daily Living Skills".Don't forget to check out our other sequencing apps which contain additional life skills tasks.
