Secret Office provides more powerful and more convenient encryption protection for Microsoft Office files. You can input password once, and open many password-protected office files. Without Secret Office installed, these protected files can't be opened in other computers. Secret Office provides a task pane to manager encrypted office files. You can add new encrypted files, open and edit the encrypted files by this task pane. If you click to display this crypt task pane, a password dialog box will be prompted first. After entering correct password, Secret Office will display the task pane on the left side, and list all the encrypted office files in it. Secret Office provides multi libs to manage the office files in your computer. Each lib relates a folder in your computer. One lib can be listed in the task pane at a time. The libs can be set different password or none password protected. If you set a lib password protected, all the files in the lib will be encrypted with the same password. So you only need to enter your password once, you can open any number of files in the lib. If you want to encrypt all the files in a folder, it is easy to do with Secret Office. You just add a lib relate the folder, and set encryption mode with your password. Secret Office will automatically bulk encrypt all the files. Similarly, you can bulk empty password for all files, or bulk modify the password for all files.
