Learning to tell time on a traditional clock is always difficult for a child. This app is designed to go through the steps of telling time from the basics to calculating future times in the most efficient way possible. It is broken into 6 lessons:Lesson 1 - Telling Time by Hour (1:00, 3:00)Lesson 2 - Telling Time by Half Hour (1:30, 3:30)Lesson 3 - Telling Time by Quarter Hour (2:45, 5:15)Lesson 4 - Telling Time by Five Minute Intervals (4:55, 6:05)Lesson 5 - Telling Time using Common Expressions (Quarter past three, Half past five)Lesson 6 - Telling Future Times (It's 1:00, what time will it be in 30 minutes)In each lesson the child is awarded "lights". They get a trophy if they get 12 lights which requires them to master most of the content. Answers are reenforced by affirmation with children's voices. The app keeps track of progress in the menu by clearly showing the progress of each lesson.
