Am using MacBookPro OX10.4 and had been concerned with a small amount of sensitive data, on my laptop. Using both programs together, I reckon will give me a very decent amount of privacy/protection. Had some trouble, initially, installing the product in the download phase, which was entirely due to a glitch on my end. The response to my queries from "Safe Sphere" was quick, professional and helpful. DEFINITELY worth the money Mark T (Melbourne/Australia)

I have tried several different encryption programs to use for storing passwords etc... and this one is by far the most intuitive and easy to use. This one has it all. The fields are well thought out and have plenty room for extra text. The pallet is a real time saver! This is a deal for the Standard or the Pro version and as has been said already, the developer is very responsive. I have used Ghost Sphere for a long time and it too is well designed, intuitive and easy to use for even more security. Consider me a happy customer.

I used many ones before, but none of them offered this high level fast encryption in such a crisp interface and such a in-deep multi level organisation. Only the manual could have some revision and polish.

Had some difficulties in the activation but thanks to very prompt and efficient support by the developper I could solve these issues soon. Highly recommended product with good options for extension through plugins

  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />You should either SHOW the name of the file which is currently open AND AUTOMATICALLY open the last used file for that user at the program startup. The way you have it, it is unnecessarily tedious to have to MAKE STEPS to open a file which is, for the most of the users, going to be the only file they ever use. There is no reason not to do so, if gazillion-bit encryption is not enough to hide the file contents, the fact that program doesn't automatically go to open last used file isn't going to help either. It just wastes my time over and over and is quite annoying.

  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I used many ones. Many were easy to use but very primitive flat databases. Some crashed hard and the database became corrupted. Some were comfortable but unsecure. This one is easy to use, features a relational logic, is very stable and secure. The design of plugins requires some trial on errors and the first ones may not be worth to be used. I sit down, think some minutes about my plugin, write the basics on paper and begin then to build it. The results you get from a well done one are exceptionnal. You may also use Safe Sphere with the delivered plugins only. I needed six month to master WORD, I got my own plugins to work after one week-end. I don't complain that I was not able to handle such a complex and powerful tool after 3 minutes.

  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />Crashes when you use the template editor, and make a template and add a few elements, then delete the elements CRASHES, can duplicate it at will. when copying text, double clicking the text will select it all but moving the mouse will then unselect it! So basically it is almost impossible to copy the hole text if you select it then move your mouse from the text. Manual poorly written, many mistakes, No way to edit the original templates. $$$$$ way to much for what it is, Yes I bought it! I know I know, Should have waited and look around! Would be nice if there was a way that would put the date in when you add a new entry automatically (If there is I could not figure it out,

Ghost Sphere is great and I decided to use it to store my data and serials as text files and so on. While I still find Ghost Sphere a great product, I returned to Safe Sphere and I had to learn that the well designed organisation alone is worth the price. Later I discovered that it is possible to drag records to new nodes to get them re-affected, the really genius palette, the hidden power of the inventory, and the best of all I can use the plugin designer to select the items on my palette. I'm looking forward in the design of my first plugin. Needless to say, I bought the Pro Edition and now I find it is well worth 50$. Do not play for 5 minutes with the demo, get deeper in and I'm sure you'll love it too. Now I use Ghost Sphere and Safe Sphere together and both do a great job.

The follow up and bug tracking is indeed very impressive. Safe Sphere is a great product with strong encryption and is easy to handle. I like the inventory feature. The plugins make this product very flexible.

  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I'm a Be Safe user since 2001. The product developed well and stopped being updated somewhat two years ago. Today Be Safe is still functional and very powerful despite it's aged interface. Pascal never charged a cent in all this time. Yesterday I saw Safe Sphere and I was really amazed about the shiny interface and the powerful features. I was able to import my Be Safe database in less than 2 minutes. Two hours later I had build my first plug-in and discovered that it can even handle pictures in the database. Pascal was so cute to grant me 30% regardless the many years I use Be Safe. This is really not a copy of some existing products, nor is is it a better implementation of existing ones, it is simply great. It was worth the time to wait!
