With small and primitive levels, only two types of monster, and rudimentary controls, this 3D first-person shooter has only its small download size to boast about. In SR3/2838, you move your character through a linear sequence of gray corridors, all identical, shooting a banana gun--yes, a banana gun--at zombies while a 10-second soundtrack loops in the background. Your gun has unlimited ammo, and controlling your character is simple, but on the other hand, you can hardly do anything. You can't duck. You can't jump. You can't lean around corners. On the other hand, the game gives you no reason to. After killing all the zombies, you face a large, red head, the boss of the level, but he's nearly as easy to kill as a common zombie. The ridiculous simplicity of SR3/2838 makes it seem like a parody of first-person shooters. Your only task is to move ahead, point the mouse at each enemy and click until he's dead. Sound like fun? We didn't think so either.

SR3/2838 is a 3D FPS. It was one of the first made and was compacted down and built small so it could be uploaded to the web. Still a great game to play but hasn't got many levels on it. If you like this or want to see a game like this but better, scarier and even more better; take a look at Recon : Crypt.
