SCP app is the Securitas native app that is built based on the functions available in the Securitas Customer Platform (SCP) webportal.
SCP app is developed to give you the most important information related to our service delivery - whenever you need it.
Depending on your access rights you will find all or a set of the following functions:
Recent Events shows the latest events and incidents on your sites. By clicking on an event you can drill down to see the details and attached reports. Push notifications will be sent via sms once new critical event is imported.
KPIs your agreed KPIs are easily accessible on the startpage
Contact Persons who to contact when needed. Direct call or email.
Account Management KPIs follow up and compare by site reported figures for current and last month.
