This meeting application is an event app in support of the Society for Chemical Hazard Communication's biannual meetings. This app will aid and improve attendees' experience through paperless meeting, networking opportunities, etc. and aids organizers in managing the conference and communicating effectively with attendees.
Meeting Application components include:
- Schedule - find information on sessions, PDC, committee meetings and more
- Speakers - get to know the speakers by reviewing their bios, achievements, and photos
- Activity Feed - comment on a session, post pictures and network with SCHC and your fellow attendees
- Attendees - create your own attendee profile and communicate in-app with fellow attendees
- Exhibitors (fall only) - learn about conference exhibitors and their service and/or product offerings as well as contact information.
- Poster Session (spring only) - review presenter information and Poster abstracts and documentation in-app
- Maps - easily navigate the venue between the plenary session, invited lunches, committee meetings, and professional development courses
- News/Information - stay up to date on the latest information about the event
- Transportation - need directions to the hotel? Or a ride to the airport? Everything you need to know is at your fingertips
- Survey - share your opinion quickly and easily. Your feedback is important to us!
