This a simple interval timer for your Apple Watch. It's designed with Jeff Galloway's Run-Walk-Run methodology in mind.
The app will notify you by tapping and playing a tone every time you need to switch intervals so you don't even need to look at your watch during your run.
But you will see on your watch the current Interval and how long you have left in it along with your pace, duration, and elapsed time. Once you are done RunWalkRun can save your data into the Health app so you can keep track of how far you've come and fill your activity rings!
