This app is designed for Ricohs clients in Hong Kong to submit service call requests for their office devices via mobile phones. By using this app, Ricoh customer service center can receive all service requirements and device information automatically for providing on-site support. When Ricohs client discovers any problem on the machine, they can open the app that needs to be pre-registered with the clients company details. Then the client just need to scan the unique QR code on the machine, select the symptom of defect and submit to Ricoh through the mobile phone. The whole process is fast and easy. Once Ricoh receive clients service requirement, they will provide support correspondingly.
