(2) The Form Reader is freeware that allows users on any Windows PC to open, complete, and save Returnable Forms for free, like any other office document. If users have to fill out the same form repeatedly, they can import data from the old form into the new one. Also, once a form is downloaded, an Internet connection is no longer necessary until the form is finished and ready to be uploaded. Translation: no more online form crashes.
