Remove Windows Messenger does exactly what you'd expect, but it only gets rid of older versions of the program. The program's single button interface certainly needs no help file. Press Remove It and you'll be notified that Windows Messenger has been removed.
That's all you'll get, though, there are no additional details. The weird thing is that even if you've already taken the program off your system, you'll get the same message, no matter how many times you click Remove It. It doesn't inspire a great deal of confidence that the program actually does anything, although we verified that Windows Messenger was removed after the first attempt.
Another negative is that this simple executable only removes early versions of Windows Messenger. If you've upgraded to MSN or Windows Live Messenger, this tool won't help. Anyone can use this simplistic freeware, but its capabilities are pretty limited.
