Real Estate Development Analysis program (REDA) is designed to help real estate brokers, builders and investors create a complete analysis (up to 156 weeks) that includes income (from operation and/or sales), expenses (from operation and/or construction), construction loans, unit sales, and many other important factors any prudent real estate investor/developer should consider. The program will also let users compare/combine the 'Operating/Lease' + 'Construction/Sales' Cash Flows from two different analyses at the same time. This new version includes a 'User's Guide' workbook with step by step instructions, many new interactive reports/charts and multi-language support. Our REDA program will help real estate investors and developers to analyze all phases of the development process (Land Acquisition, Soft Costs, Hard Costs, Construction Loans, Sales, and Property Operation) and create a dynamic analysis with professional-quality presentations.
