RentEval is a mobile application that allows users to perform walk-throughs of property units without the hassle of clipboards. Users can indicate the condition of any aspect of the unit and take photos. The application is used by Property Managers. Once the walk-through is completed, a PDF report with the corresponding images can be generated and emailed to all involved parties. RentEval was the winner of "Code Launch 2013" and was featured on the Steve Harvey show. Powered by ampiO Solutions.
