TIMER CUSTOMISATION

You choose:

Number of sets

Number of reps

Interval length

Amount of rest (automatic / manual options)

Interval profile (longest first, shortest first, longest in the middle or all the same length)

HEART RATE

Beautiful real-time heart rate plotting:

Add heart rate tracking using a bluetooth monitor

See current heart rate, as well as min and max rates for the whole session

Heart rate history plots against intervals as your timer runs

Create a HIIT profile to easily work out your max HR

NOT JUST A TIMER

Distance too!

As well as timed active intervals, PyramidTimer gives supports distance-based intervals too

Train those 400m intervals anywhere, or 1000m, or 400-300-200, or... well you get the idea!

Rest timer begins automatically as soon as you've completed the interval distance

Rest time is fully customisable - you choose either fix a duration or choose an automatic amount relative to interval distance (the proportion is customisable)

Combined with heart rate tracking you can easily work out your max HR using 8x20s sprints
