Let your customers ask you questions from the product page and increase your shop conversion rate.
Product Questions is an extension that allows users to ask questions about your products. By installing it, you will also have access to a widget that will display these questions anywhere in your shop. This extension will prove to be very useful in increasing customer's interest (and probability to buy), but also with your SEO ranking, by providing new content on your website. The process is very easy: each customer, in order to post a question, will be asked to provide his/her name, e-mail address and the questions. Also, users can select whether or not their question will be made public, or only visible for the site's admins - and so keep the discussion private. After an user posts a question, administrators will receive an e-mail, containing the question and user details. Admins can send the response directly to them and thus solving their doubts. If customers have marked that their questions as "visible", all received questions will be shown on the product's page. Your customers can also vote questions, post another question or view the overall vote for questions.
