Do you ever get fed up of counting all those push ups that you do at the gym? Well this app should help. Using the unique capabilities built into iPhone and iPod touch, this application senses your motion and counts the number of push ups for you. All you need to do is attach the device to your arm using an arm band and use the start / stop button to track your motion.Please note that this application only registers good strong push ups, so may not register all push up attempts.The creators of this application are not liable for any health related stress or injuries incurred whilst the user is using this application. Performance enhancements. You can now set the rate at which the device checks for movement in the settings panel. This should hopefully allow older devices to perform better.Please email me feedback if you want other improvements or support.
