PokeInfo - Pokdex is a helpful application that provide full details for all 802, across all generations.

You can select your favorite poke by filtering by name, type. You can also see in detail the data of each Pokmon, such as Pikachu, Mew, etc. Among the detailed information are the abilities (hidden abilities included) of each Pokmon,

its IVs, the EVs that are gained by defeating it,

its evolutionary chain and its shiny version.
