The PlugInICA app informs you about artists and artworks in STAGES biennial 2019. STAGES biennial is a series of temporary public art exhibition of installation, sculpture and performance through out Winnipeg, Canada. It is taking place August 16 September 8, 2019.

The PlugInICA app includes information about events, GPS locations, artist bios, accessibility, information about Plug In ICA and more!
