PhraseExpress saves you from typing the same text over and over. Organize frequently used phrases in a customizable multi-level folder structure and trigger canned responses by associated hotkeys or entering text abbreviations. Phrases can also be selected from a phrase menu, saving you from memorizing any text shortcut. Enter a few letters of the desired phrase and the menu narrows down to the desired snippet. Share boilerplate templates with other users or sync them in the cloud for use with the PhraseExpress versions for Windows and iPhone/iPad. Powerful macro functions add dynamic contents to static phrases such as date & time stamps or placeholders for manual input. Forms can collect multiple user input, that is processed by other macro functions and inserted into the phrase. Macro functions can also launch programs or open documents triggered by shortcuts. Macro functions can be nested and loops, conditional statements, string operations and variables allow users to create complex automatization tasks with the cross-platform macro language.
