This application helps you manage multiple passwords, but it could be much easier to use. Though attractive, the interface is somewhat confusing, containing a number of icons without descriptions. Disappointingly, help files were not included, so we were forced to visit the developer's Web site. Once we got oriented, we liked Password Manager's speed and extensive data-management options. When adding an entry, you can specify name and corresponding URL, and add any notes you'd like. Though the application claims to store the data in a highly encrypted form, we wish the publisher specified the algorithim used. We also have a minor quibble with stability, as the program didn't remove all components when we uninstalled it. Patient and experienced users will likely benefit from what Password Manager offers, but newbies should find something else that's easier to use.
