Passenger & LT App provides a mechanism to capture and submit Warranty Claims for Passenger & LT tires of Michelin, BFG & Uniroyal brands. This App will be used by all Michelin external Dealers, Distributors and Open Market Users throughout USA and Canada. This App works in supported models of Android Phones & Tablet to capture warranty claim details while device is on-line or off-line and data can be synchronized with Michelin Systems once Wi-Fi is connected. Passenger & LT App provides the following functionalities:
Capture warranty claim details on supported models of Android Phone or Tablet, while device is on-line or off-line. (NOTE: Off-line capture requires Wi-Fi/Cellular data connection to Submit to Michelin).
New Automated process for issuing Authorization Codes for Claim Type 7 (Consumer Care Goodwill) and Claim Type 8 (Michelin 30 Day Satisfaction). No phone call required when using the App.
Real time digital inspection available when submitting Claim Type 7 (Consumer Care Goodwill). You will be notified in the app when tire(s) should be scrapped and not returned to the inspection center. Claim will move to Submit status with credit issued within 48 hrs.
Notifications sent to your devise to provide status of claims pending authorization code. when created using the App.
Allows user to attach photos and/or brief video of tire for Michelin to review.
Barcode scan feature to auto populate the Vehicle Identification Number.
Allows user to register the replacement tire DOT.
Allows user to email or share the Tire Bar Codes and Pack List.
Allows user to print the Tire Bar Codes and Pack List directly from the App.
Allows each store location to Build Shipment directly from the App.
Open Market users can self-register for an ID to login to the App and Submit Warranty Claims.
