Get organized with the Paper-Docs Organizing Solution, a slick tool to help you organize all of your hardcopy documents and records. Simply categorize your items, enter keywords, and automatically create color-coded file folder labels and lists. The search function allows you to find any document in seconds. Keep track of any document such as bank and credit card statements, passports, utility bills, insurance policies, warranties, contracts, health records, virtually anything. As you enter new items, the system automatically establishes an order for the item based on the code assigned from a combination of up to 3 category levels you have selected. The application was created using MS Access and so the installer also installs MS Access Runtime, which accounts for most of the 60MB size. If error occurs, please enable Japanese language support from your control panel. It's time to finally organize your office. Paper-Docs... Simply getting back to things.
