We take you through a step by step process to beat panic attacks via 6 sections.
In section one - We read about what panic attacks are and what our options are.
In section two - We introduce the physical symptoms of panic. There is a checklist you can fill here.
In section three - We talk about thoughts, cognitive distortions and safety behaviors. There is another checklist to fill here.
In the fourth section, we introduce the panic cycle with an example, you may enter your own panic cycle here.
In the next section, we introduce two very powerful relaxation techniques.
1)The breath trainer, which guides you with visuals and voice to take calm breaths. Relaxed breathing in one of the most effective means of terminating panic attacks.
2)A short, mindfulness-based grounding exercise that can quickly terminate panic attacks.
