The Performance Services app integrates with the client-side dashboard to provide mobile technicians with the ability to look up and inspect devices. Mobile technicians can find active projects by selecting their State or viewing Nearby projects. Devices are categorized by Project, Building and by status, either New, In Progress or Completed. Each device form provides all of the fields required to inspect the device and provide a comprehensive report to Performance Services administrators. Mobile technicians can also view project details at any time to look up addresses and key contacts. The Performance Services app features Sync offline mode, which allows mobile technicians to save forms on the devices local storage if the device loses internet connectivity. The data is automatically updated to the dashboard when a connection is reestablished. The Performance Services app is designed to integrate seamlessly with a cloud-based dashboard that allows company administrators to create and manage projects from head office.
